Kinsfolk & Co. are building a managed portfolio of hospitality businesses. With a pipeline already in place, the company has confidential advisory projects underway in the UK and overseas and will be launching two luxury boutique hotels in central London.

The first, The Newman, will open in Fitzrovia in late 2024, and the second in Westminster in 2026.

With new standalone neighbourhood restaurants and luxury serviced apartment concepts also in creation, Kinsfolk & Co will work to seamlessly weave each asset into the fabric of the local community.
